Eligibility for Refunds

• You encounter technical issues that our support team cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Purchases made more than 14 days prior to the refund request.
• Custom enterprise solutions or tailored implementations.
• Add-on services or features purchased separately from the main subscription.
• Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service.

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
• Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Prorated Refunds

For subscription plans, if you cancel after the 14-day money-back guarantee period but before the end of your billing cycle, we do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of your subscription. Your service will continue until the end of the current billing period.
